ARTICLE 82-FAMILY CODE-
“DONATION PROPTER NUPTIA”A gift given by the Donor to a couple who’s going to get married: or gift given by Donor to Donee ( groom or bride or both ). Regulation shall be observed/deemed to be followed.

ARTICLE 147 –FAMILY CODE
All the acquired properties shall be named after the first wife & children who are still alive should the husband dies. In case of a third party, (mistress) she must show “proof” of contributions to obtain share of the sale.
